We only write reviews when we receive exceptionally good or bad experiences from a company. With Fairfield, they were exceptionally good - which is uncommon in Dubai for the Real Estate sector. The enthusiasm and professionalism of the agents was second to none - only complimented by the fantastic support of the in-house admin. My case was probably not out-of-the-ordinary in that there were issues but ultimately one proved insurmountable - however, the assistance, assurance and support from the team made the situation much easier to bear. I wish that all of the local institutions and companies shared the same drive and personal responsibility to resolve problems that Fairfield does. Fairfield have assembled an excellent team that have set an impossibly high benchmark for the rest of the industry to follow. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
